This is the Federal Team frame with the shortest possible chainstays (12.5”) that they could make using the V1 ICS wishbone. This will still allow riders to use a 2.5” tyre. This is Federal’s most affordable frame to date and still maintains the strength and quality that Federal is known for. The frame is made using 4130 Chromoly with heat treated head tube, BB and dropouts.
